That's why we offer both a satisfaction guarantee and a return policy to ensure you can shop with confidence.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in Align & Shine™ and want you to love it too. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee within 30 days of delivery.
How It Works:

- We'll process your refund even if the bottle has been opened and used
- No complicated forms or hoops to jump through
Note: Our satisfaction guarantee applies to your first purchase only and is limited to one per customer to prevent abuse of this policy.
30-Day Return Policy
In addition to our satisfaction guarantee, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible for Return:
- Products in original, unopened packaging
- Products with safety seals intact
- Products returned within 30 days of delivery date
Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened products (covered under satisfaction guarantee instead)
- Products returned after 30 days
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Contact Us: Email support@zenzani.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Instructions: We'll provide you with return instructions within 1-2 business days
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and ship it back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
- ZenZani is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Subscription orders: Future shipments will be automatically cancelled
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we'll make it right immediately:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We'll send a replacement at no cost to you
- No need to return the damaged item
Subscription Orders
For subscription orders:
- The 30-day guarantee applies to your first shipment only
- Subsequent shipments can be returned if unopened within 30 days
- To avoid unwanted shipments, modify or cancel your subscription at least 3 days before your next renewal date
- Refunds for subscription orders will automatically cancel future shipments
International Orders
We currently only ship within the United States. This policy applies to all domestic orders.
Exceptions
This return policy does not apply to:
- Products purchased from third-party retailers (please refer to their return policies)
- Products that have been tampered with or altered
- Bulk or wholesale orders (governed by separate terms)
Your Rights
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable law.
