- Your subscription automatically renews based on your selected frequency
- We'll charge your payment method 2 days before shipping
- You'll receive an email reminder 5 days before each renewal
- Products ship within 1-2 business days of renewal

- Must skip at least 3 days before renewal date
- No limit on how many deliveries you can skip
- Your subscription remains active when skipping
Pausing Subscription
- Pause for up to 3 months
- No charges during pause period
- Subscription automatically resumes after pause period
- Can unpause early through your account
Changing Frequency
- Switch between 30, 60, or 90-day delivery schedules
- Changes take effect on your next renewal
- Must update at least 3 days before next renewal
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
- Cancel anytime through your online account
- Email support@zenzani.com to cancel
- No cancellation fees or penalties
- Must cancel at least 3 days before next renewal to avoid shipment
After Cancellation
- You'll receive confirmation of cancellation via email
- No future charges will occur
- Any pending orders will still be delivered
- You can reactivate your subscription anytime
- Your account and order history remain accessible
Billing & Payment
Payment Processing
- Payment is processed 2 days before shipping
- We accept all major credit cards
- Payment information is securely stored and encrypted
- You can update payment methods anytime
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We'll notify you immediately via email
- We'll attempt to process payment again in 24 hours
- After 3 failed attempts, your subscription will be paused
- Update your payment method to resume subscription
Price Changes
- We'll notify you at least 30 days before any price changes
- You can cancel before the change takes effect
- Your 10% discount will always apply to the current price
Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on all subscription orders
- Ships to U.S. addresses only
- Delivery within 3-7 business days
- Tracking provided for every shipment
- Address changes must be made 3 days before renewal
Returns & Refunds
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to first subscription shipment
- Unopened products can be returned within 30 days
