Where We Ship
- United States Only: We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. Territories: We ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories
- Military Addresses: We proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses
Where We Don't Ship
- International addresses (currently not available)
- P.O. Boxes in certain restricted areas
- Freight forwarders or package forwarding services
Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing
- Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
- Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days after shipment
- Most Orders: Arrive within 5 business days
- Remote Areas: May take up to 7 business days
- Total Time: Most customers receive orders within 4-9 business days from order placement

- Processing begins 2 days before your renewal date
- Receive shipping notification for every subscription shipment
- Modify delivery address anytime through your account
Multiple Items
- All items in an order typically ship together
- If items are unavailable, we'll ship what's in stock and notify you
- No additional shipping charges for multiple items
Shipping Address

- Include apartment/suite numbers where applicable
- We cannot redirect packages once shipped
- Address changes must be made before order processing begins

Customs & Duties
Since we only ship within the United States, there are no customs fees or import duties.
